By participating in the 2 week program you will gain 2 industry recognised qualifications:


- Level 2 Award in Customer Service
- Level 2 Award in Conflict Management

You will also gain employability skills and an insight into Sage as a business along with help to prepare for an assessment day and a guaranteed interview.

Upon completion of the 2 week course and successfully completing an assessment day, you'll become a Customer Service Apprentice with Sage. You will the receive training to learn about our Products and join our extensive coaching plan (with a little fun along the way), which will give you both the confidence and skills to succeed in your new role.
