Learn what it's like to be on the set of a production, how to create your own on-line CV, present to a camera, how the industry works, the roles available in front of the camera and behind the scenes, and how to apply for these jobs.

The course covers:

Tools and techniques for working on a TV or film production

The role and expectations of a Supporting Artist whilst on set

Developing your skills and understanding of how the industry works

The broadcasting laws, Equity and DBS requirements

How to present in front of the camera

How to prepare for an audition - tips and ideas, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques

How to create your own video CV - increasingly popular with employers and helping you stand out.

The course has been designed by industry experts and will provide you with employability skills transferrable to most jobs - communication, team work, presenting and confidence skills.

Upon completion of the course you will receive: NCFE Level 1 Employability Skills Certificate NCFE Level 2 Supporting Artist Award
